It took me a long time to get a good cake that I could taste ALL parts of. WF really has the be all of cakes. I alternate in this recipe with fluffy white cake and angel cake. Can’t decide which I like better.
LA cake batter is just such an amazing flavour. Way better than FW cake batter dip IMO.
Ice cream, meringue and frosting make up the frosting and back up the moistness of the cake.
The biscuit and cookie are in there as back notes to take the mix from a cake flavoured custard to an actually BAKED cake.
Sprinkles and powdered sugar give us our sprinkles and sugar linger.
I like to load this with super sweet but sweeten to your liking.

Although it was not my intention to do so this recipe seems to be very close to the Jammie Dodgems by Just Jam. They need to be more buttery so i will try to add some. And the strawberries could be just a bit jammier.
