The Cap Sugar Cookie provides the majority of the fluffy buttery pastry with WF Crepe backing it up and adding in a nice light powdered sugar note. I used FA Juicy strawberry and FA Red Touch as the strawberry layer for a very natural sweet strawberry with VT Sweet Cream providing a great sweet creamy filling.
