Butterscotch Banana Cream Pie with roasted pecan bits and a thin crunchy cereal crust.
WF Butterscotch Cream Pie is a good sweet butterscotch cream filling with a slight bakery note so i accented it with cerral 27 to make a thin crunchy crust.
TPA Banana cream is one of my favourites but is not super creamy so i added TPA Whipped Cream also blends every flavouring together.
And for the pecan bits nothing better than FW Butter Pecan, adds a good roasted pecan top note, and a nice bit of butter that does really nicely for the cake profile.
