It’s my custard adv Any fruits on top would work (without the hazelnut).
Ps: for those not sensitive to diketones, maybe a week is enough. But I use to produce big batches and let it sit for a month.
Ps: I’m not into sweeteners or so ever. But that 0.5 cotton candy (EM) makes a huge difference to this recipe.
