There are 3 main notes.
The Creamy Texture. INW Yes We Cheesecake and TPA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream both have a wonderful creamy body that fills out this flavor. The butter from the CAP Sugar Cookie gives the cream depth and cuts through the citrus.
The Vanilla. TPA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (use LB if you're a pepper) is a medium dark vanilla. It holds up well against the zesty citrus.
The Lime. The combination of VTA Persian Lime & FA Bergamot gives a bright natural lime flavor with lots of zest and most importantly it's not going to fade.
I sweeten this recipe with 0.5% FW Sweetener.
